A local company, not a giant catalog
Green Tours CR started with a simple idea: help travelers experience Costa Rica with better information, good guides and logistics that do not make the trip harder. We are not trying to become an impersonal platform with hundreds of options and no context.
We operate some services directly and also work with local guides, drivers, captains and operators who know their own regions. That network allows us to support travelers in Tortuguero, Guanacaste, La Fortuna / Arenal, Manuel Antonio and other routes around the country.
Local first
Whenever possible, we work with people from the area who understand its timing, roads, weather and nature.
Honesty before selling
If an activity does not fit your route, age, mobility or expectations, we would rather tell you.
Real nature
We do not treat wildlife as a show. Seeing animals requires patience, respect and no guarantees.

We want a real person behind the booking who can help when plans change or questions come up.
More than tours
Beyond activities, we coordinate private transfers, boats, Tortuguero parking, rental-car support and itinerary planning. The goal is to connect the pieces of your trip instead of selling isolated services without looking at the bigger route.
What we do not promise: perfect weather, perfect conditions or specific wildlife. What we do promise is clear information, responsible coordination and recommendations based on what we genuinely know.

Green Tours CR is led by Danny and supported by local representatives and guides in different destinations. In each area, we look for people who share the same way of working: knowledge, calm communication, respect for nature and direct care for the traveler.
