Green Tours CR is a local Costa Rica tour company built around nature, culture, community, and honest travel advice. We help travelers experience Costa Rica in a way that feels personal, well organized, and connected to the real places behind the postcard.
We are not trying to be a giant booking engine with hundreds of generic tours. Our work is more personal than that. We focus on trusted local experiences, clear communication, responsible guiding, and practical travel support so visitors can enjoy Costa Rica without feeling lost in the logistics.

Green Tours CR is led by Danny, a Costa Rican creator and local travel planner with a strong love for nature, family, storytelling, and practical service. His goal is simple: help visitors experience Costa Rica with better guidance, better logistics, and a more personal connection to the country.
Danny built Green Tours CR to feel different from the usual tourist operation: less pressure, more honesty; less generic selling, more useful advice; less rushing, more meaning.

In La Fortuna / Arenal, Green Tours CR works with Gustavo, a trusted local guide who knows the area beyond the basic tourist stops. His experience helps guests understand the volcano, rainforest, rivers, wildlife, local farms, trails, and small details that make the Arenal region feel alive.
Gustavo brings the kind of guiding we value: calm, friendly, knowledgeable, and connected to the place. Whether guests are visiting for a volcano hike, hanging bridges, safari float, coffee and chocolate experience, waterfall visit, night walk, or a more adventurous day, he helps make the experience feel local, safe, and meaningful.
Having Gustavo in the Arenal area allows Green Tours CR to offer better support for La Fortuna travelers, with real local guidance instead of generic recommendations.

Our main areas are Tortuguero, Guanacaste, and La Fortuna / Arenal, with additional support for Monteverde, Manuel Antonio, transfers, rental cars, boat connections, and custom routes across Costa Rica through trusted partners.
