We have 48 hrs cancellation policy on tours booked through the website, which means you have 48hrs before the activity to request this. 

To start a cancelation, you can contact us at dnnyvngs@gmail.com. Please note that you need a valid reason to cancel like a road close or sickness.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a refund In the following 3 days.

For itineraries, apply a no-refund policy if the cancellation is not requested at least 30 days before the travel date. These services rely on third-party providers, such as transportation companies and private parks, and they typically do not offer refunds close to the travel date.
